At Shapedly, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer a refund within the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Refund
- To start the refund process, please contact our customer support at Help@Shapedly.in with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label to send the item back to us.
4. Refund Processing Time
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If you do not receive your refund within this time, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
- Undergarments are also non-refundable due to hygiene concerns, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in processing.
